Elisha Roberts Dillard became associated with the law firm in November of 2007. Ms. Dillard received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
While at the University of Dayton School of Law, Ms. Dillard received a number of honors including two CALI Awards for having the highest grade in both the Legal Profession I – Legal Research and Writing and Legal Profession II – Legal Research and Writing courses.
She was a member of the National Moot Court Team from 2005 until 2007, and in 2007 she won the award for "Best Brief" in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition. She was also a teaching assistant to Professor Susan Wawrose for Legal Profession I for lower classmen.
While in law school, Ms. Dillard was a Legal Intern at the Ohio Attorney General's Office,and she served as a Law Clerk for the Second District Ohio Court of Appeals.
Ms. Dillard is licensed to practice law in Virginia and is a member of the Prince William County Bar Association. Ms. Dillard's practice concentrates in the areas of personal injury,bankruptcy, and family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, and child support.
